1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the philph platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or withdrawing winnings — you conclusively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the philph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the philph platform regardless of how they access it, whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access now known or hereafter developed. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions applicable to individual games or promotional offers made available through the philph platform.

If you are accessing philph on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and in such case the references to "you" shall apply to that person or entity.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the philph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines is 21 years. philph strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity documents confirming age at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be acting under any legal disability that would impair your ability to do so.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of philph — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must complete our account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered player account on philph. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. philph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings associated with them, and forfeit any deposited funds held in such accounts, subject to applicable law.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. philph will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify philph immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

philph is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other points during the player relationship. You agree to provide, upon request, documents including a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Deposits and Payments

philph accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, MLhuillier, Bitcoin, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

• All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• philph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• Funds deposited on the philph platform must be used for gaming purposes only. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful play activity may be considered suspicious and may trigger a review.
• You represent and warrant that funds deposited on philph originate from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

5 Withdrawals

Verified philph players may request withdrawals of available account balance (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the philph account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• philph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three (1–3) banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or in cases requiring additional verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. High-value withdrawals may require additional documentation.
• philph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. Funds may be temporarily held during such reviews.
• In the event that a withdrawal request is suspected to relate to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse, philph reserves the right to withhold the withdrawal pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

philph offers various bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free credits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is published with the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

philph takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using wagering patterns designed to artificially fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., low-volatility bet spreading); and exploiting any technical error or loophole to obtain bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. philph reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in such cases.

6.3 Promotion Changes

philph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, except where fraud is identified.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the philph platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are available within the game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all philph games:

• The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games is determined by certified software that produces statistically random results. philph provides RNG certification information upon request.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real-time by professional dealers. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical play (cards, roulette wheel, dice) visible on camera. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer session, the game outcome recorded by the philph system will be considered final.
• In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or communication failure that corrupts or prevents the recording of a game outcome, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the philph platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Operating or accessing the platform using automated software, bots, crawlers, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or philph staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or is associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted area of the philph system;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or offensive conduct toward philph staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

philph is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or addressing financial difficulties.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

philph provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through account settings or by contacting our support team:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the philph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content or materials from the philph platform without prior written consent from philph.

Game titles, software, and content provided by third-party game developers accessible through philph remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are made available to you under licences granted to philph by those developers.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, philph, its directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and service partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the philph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, anticipated profits, goodwill, or data;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or service interruptions affecting the philph platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;
• Technical failures, including temporary unavailability of games or payment processing systems;
• Any action or inaction of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other third parties.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, philph's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by philph, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by philph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering on philph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

philph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the philph platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

Continued use of the philph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. Outstanding balances will be paid out in accordance with the Terms applicable at the time of the withdrawal request.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the philph platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, or to arbitration as agreed by both parties.
